FLYING FARMERS CHICKEN SALAD 
4 cooked chicken breasts
Cooked rice for 6
2 c. grapes
1 1/2 c. celery
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. almonds (optional)
4 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. orange juice
4 tbsp. oil
2 c. salad dressing

Better mixed and refrigerate overnight.
