TACO DIP 
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 (16 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. McCormick taco seasoning
2 c. sour cream
1 bag tortilla chips

Mix together 12 ounces of the shredded Cheddar cheese, taco seasoning, and sour cream. Add green pepper and tomatoes. Spread in 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Sprinkle remaining Cheddar cheese on top. Place a line of tortilla chips inside edges of pan for decoration. Put rest of tortilla chips in bowl. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
