BEST MOIST BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. blueberries

Cream egg, milk, sugar. Add oil, stir. Add rest of ingredients. Stir to moisten. Add blueberries. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake 400 degrees, 20-25 minutes. 12 muffins.
