FRESH FRUIT SALAD WITH CELERY
HONEY DRESSING
 
2 c. fresh pineapple chunks
2 c. fresh cantaloupe balls
1 c. seedless green grapes
2 c. fresh strawberries
1 c. fresh blackberries or blueberries

Combine fruit in large bowl tossing gently but well. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve with Celery-Honey Dressing.

CELERY-HONEY DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. celery seed

Combine first 7 ingredients in blender. Blend well. Slowly add oil, continuing to blend until thick. Stir in onion and celery seed. Cover. Store in refrigerator.
