STUFFED CRABS | |
1 lb. crabmeat 1/2 stick butter 1/2 crushed bell pepper 2 tsp. minced garlic 1 c. chopped onions 1 tbsp. catsup 1/2 c. green onions and parsley 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 c. Italian bread crumbs 1 c. cream of shrimp soup 1/2 can water 2 tbsp. powdered milk 1 tsp. mustard Saute peppers, garlic, onions and celery in butter. Combine rest of ingredients, cook 15 minutes. Add salt, pepper, green onions and parsley. Stuff into shells. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle crumbs and butter on top and bake until light brown. |
