STUFFED SHELLS 
1 box jumbo shells
3 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 egg
Salt/pepper
Spaghetti sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Onions/seasoning
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Pepperoni

Oil large 9x13 pan. Cook shells until soft; drain and set aside. Brown meat and let it cool. When its cool add bread crumbs, egg and Parmesan cheese. Mix well and fill shells with mixture.

Line pans with shells face down. Pour spaghetti sauce over the shells. Put thin slices of pepperoni on sauce and cover with Mozzarella cheese. Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 degree oven 45 minutes or longer until cheese melts.
