YUM YUM (ICE CREAM PUDDING) 
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. milk
60 Ritz crackers, crushed

Crush the crackers and line bottom of a 9 x 11 x 3 inch glass cake dish. Reserve some of the crumbs for on top of ice cream pudding mixture. Pour melted butter over crumbs and press. Let ice cream soften until almost liquid. Add 1 1/2 cups milk and beat until smooth. Add instant pudding and beat until well mixed. Pour into cake dish over top crumbs. Sprinkle top with reserved crumbs. Chill for 2 1/2 hours or longer if necessary. Serve Y-u-u-m-m-m Yum!
