CHILI SAUCE 
2 med. onions, minced
2 lbs. ground beef
3 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. paprika
1 (7 oz.) can tomato sauce
3-4 tbsp. chili powder
1 lg. can College Hill chicken stock

Brown onions, beef and garlic powder. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 2 hours. To serve, cook hot dogs and place on bun. Spread with mustard. Add a layer of chopped onions. Top with chili sauce. Enjoy!
