1 slightly beaten egg
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated Swiss cheese (or more)
4 baking potatoes, grated
2 c. milk
2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle more cheese on top and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2hours uncovered.
