TEX - MEX MIX 
2 qts. popcorn, popped in oil
2 tsp. ground chili powder
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. ground cumin
OPTIONAL: 1 c. cubed Monterey Jack cheese, cut in 1/4 inch cubes

Keep popped corn warm. Mix seasonings together and toss with popcorn. Add cheese, if desired, and mix thoroughly. Makes 2 quarts.
