SAUERKRAUT HOT DISH 
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut or homemade
2 c. raw macaroni
1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 onion, diced and browned with hamburger
1 can cream of chicken soup, dilute with hot water

Rinse sauerkraut in water before you use it to remove excess salt. Put sauerkraut on bottom of casserole. Add macaroni which has been cooked slightly and drained. Add hamburger on top. Pour diluted soup all over. Cover; bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
