HAYSTACK 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger, fried & drained
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
5 to 6 peeled carrots, sliced
6 to 8 peeled potatoes, sliced
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Layer hamburger, onion, green pepper, carrots and potatoes on top of each other in roasting pan or slow cooker. Mix soups together and pour on top. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Serve with rolls.
