TACO MEATBALLS 
2 lb. hamburger
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. instant rice (uncooked)
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can cheddar cheese soup

Mix hamburger, onion, rice, egg and salt. Shape into balls and place in a baking dish. Mix tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven; top with cheddar cheese soup. Bake 15 minutes longer.
