PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 egg
2 tbsp. dried onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 cans tomato soup
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix together meat, 1/4 cup rice, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Roll in 1 1/2-2 inch balls and place in skillet. Mix together soup, water, Worcestershire sauce and 1/4 cup rice. Pour over meatballs. Bring to a boil; reduce to simmer approximately 40 minutes, stirring often.
