MEATLESS SPAGHETTI | |
3 tbsp. olive oil 4 cloves garlic 1 med. onion, chopped Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until tender. Remove garlic. In blender mix: 1 lg. can Italian tomatoes 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. oregano Blend all ingredients together well. cook for 20 minutes. In the meantime, cook spaghetti, drain and add 1 tablespoon butter. Pour sauce over spaghetti. Serve with chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese sprinkled over top. |
