HAMBURGER RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. rice (minute)
Velveeta cheese slices
Sliced olives
1/2 c. water

In electric skillet, brown hamburger and onion. Season to taste; drain off grease. Add undiluted tomato and mushroom soup and rice. Top with cheese and garnish with olives. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Serves 4.
