TURKEY APPLE CASSEROLE 
Saute until soft:

2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. minced onion

Stir in:

1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/4 c. turkey broth
2 c. pineapple juice

Heat almost to boiling and add:

2 c. soft bread crumbs
3 c. diced unpeeled red apples
3 c. cubed cooked turkey

Remove from heat and turn into casserole. Sprinkle with 1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 5 to 6.
