LOW CALORIE BEEF/CHICKEN GRAVY 
1 c. beef or chicken bouillon
2 tbsp. cold water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes

Add onion flakes to bouillon. Bring to a boil. Dissolve cornstarch in cold water. Add cornstarch mixture to boiling bouillon. Simmer until gravy thickens, stirring constantly, about 2 minutes.

Yields 1 cup. Calories: Negligible. For diabetics: Exchanges: Free.
