HARVEST APPLE PIE 
Apple slices
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 sticks of butter
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. raisins

Fill 9 inch ungreased pie plate 3/4 full of apple slices. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. In a pan, melt butter, add flour, 3/4 cup sugar, egg, walnuts and raisins and mix thoroughly. Spread over apples and bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot or cold.
