CATHEDRAL COOKIES 
1 (4 oz.) pkg. sweet German chocolate
1 stick butter

Melt in double boiler and cool partially.

Place in large bowl and add: 1 c. sifted powdered sugar

Add: (10 1/2 oz. size) 1/2 c. nuts (chopped)

Mix well.

Take aluminum foil and sprinkle with coconut. Roll and shape into log. Place in refrigerator or freezer until chilled. Slice. Makes 2 or 3 dozen cookies.
