NO BAKE CATHEDRAL COOKIES 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate or chocolate mint chips
1 egg
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
4 c. sm. colored marshmallows
Vanilla wafers

Melt 6 ounce chocolate or chocolate mint chips. Remove from stove and add one well beaten egg and 1 cup powdered sugar. Beat well. Add one cup chopped walnuts and 4 cups small mix colored marshmallows. Stir well.

Cut 2 pieces foil and crush a few vanilla wafers on each piece. Divide chocolate mixture into 2 portions. Roll in crumbs to coat and make into two 1 foot long rolls.

When rolling in foil tighten to make rolls firm. Refrigerate until ready for use and cut them about 1/4 inch thick. Will freeze well.
