MACARONI VEGETABLE RING MOLD 
2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Oriental vegetables
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. half and half
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Mix macaroni and vegetables. Place in microwave safe ring pan. Beat together eggs and half and half. Add cheeses to egg mixture and pour over macaroni mixture. Stir together; cover. Microwave on high for 8-10 minutes or until set.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
