ASPARAGUS SANDWICH PUFF 
1 slice w.w. bread
1 slice American cheese
4 spears asparagus
1 egg
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
Pinch of salt

Place cheese on bread and toast until cheese melts. Put asparagus on top of cheese slice. Beat egg yolk until thick and lemon colored, stir in mayonnaise salt. Beat egg whites until stiff and then fold into yolk. Pile on top asparagus. Bake in 350 degree oven for 13 minutes or until egg is set.
