SWEDISH OATMEAL PANCAKES 
4 c. oatmeal
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 c. buttermilk
4 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Let stand 30 minutes to thicken. Bake on heated and greased griddle like any other pancake.
