1 c. flour
1 lg. c. milk
3 or 4 tbsp. sour cream
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
Salt to taste

Mix ingredients as for any batter. Fold in beaten whites of eggs last. Brown on one side, then turn and brown on other side.
