SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
8 hard-cooked eggs
1 qt. shrimp
1 can crab meat or lobster

8 tbsp. flour
8 tbsp. butter
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 3/4 c. milk
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Use part of cheese for top of casserole. Use cracker crumbs on bottom and top. Dot with butter. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Makes 10 servings.
