DICK'S BOURBON WIENERS 
1 lb. all beef wieners or cocktail size wieners
1 c. catsup
3/4 c. bourbon
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar

Cut the wieners into bite size pieces. Set aside. Mix together the catsup, bourbon, and brown sugar in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high for 3 minutes or until mixture boils. Add wieners and microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes or until hot. Serve wieners in chafing dish and provide toothpicks for guests to spear them.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
