DICK'S BOURBON WIENERS | |
1 lb. all beef wieners or cocktail size wieners 1 c. catsup 3/4 c. bourbon 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar Cut the wieners into bite size pieces. Set aside. Mix together the catsup, bourbon, and brown sugar in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high for 3 minutes or until mixture boils. Add wieners and microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes or until hot. Serve wieners in chafing dish and provide toothpicks for guests to spear them. |
