EFFORTLESS 5 - HOUR STEW 
2 lbs. lean beef (bite size pieces)
1 c. celery, chopped
6 carrots, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 c. water
Salt & pepper
12 sm. onions (or 2 lg. cut up)
2 potatoes, cut in 1/8's
1 slice bread, cubed
2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce with cheese

Combine in a casserole. Cover and bake 5 hours at 250 degrees.
