WEDDING POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion
1 stick butter
1/3 c. milk
Pepper to taste
1 lb. Velveeta, chopped up

Mix together all ingredients. Pour into large casserole. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
