1 lg. pkg. frozen hash browns 1 med. onion, chopped 1 sm. carton sour cream 2 cans cream of potato soup 1 soup can of milk 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 1 stick butter Mix all in crock pot on high. Stir again after 1 hour then cook 4 hours on high, then 8 hours on low. Or this recipe can also be made using the oven method baking this in 325 oven stirring once baking until brown on top, about 1 1/2 hours. This will serve 10 to 12 guests. |
