STIR FRIED TURKEY 
1 tsp. Chinese sesame oil
1/2 garlic clove, minced
5 oz. skinned and boned turkey breast, cut into 2 x 1 inch strips
1/2 c. broccoli florets, blanched
1/2 c. diagonally sliced carrot blanched
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. onion flakes
Dash each salt and pepper

In small skillet heat oil over high heat; add garlic then turkey and stir fry until turkey is browned. Reduce heat; add remaining ingredients cover, and simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
