ZIPPY GLAZED CARROTS 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. sliced carrots, cooked & drained
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Melt butter in skillet. Stir in brown sugar, mustard and salt. Add cooked carrots, heat, stirring constantly, until glazed (about 5 minutes). Sprinkle with parsley. Makes 4 servings.
