APPLE PIZZA 
1 3/4 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. ice water

CRUST: Blend salt into flour. Cut in butter. Add cheddar cheese and ice water. Roll out and place in pizza pan.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. powder creamer
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Sprinkle 1/2 topping on crust. Cut in 1/2 cup butter with reminder of topping. Place 6 cups thinly sliced Granny apples with 2 tablespoons lemon. Put on rest of topping. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
