PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs (beat well after each)
4 c. bread cubes
1 can (#2) crushed pineapple and juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Butter a 2 quart casserole dish. Melt butter, add sugar. Mix well and add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add pineapple and lemon juice. Mix all together and pour over bread cubes in casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours uncovered.
