ARTICHOKE NIBBLES 
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 sm. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. each pepper, oregano, Tabasco sauce
1/2 lb. (2 c.) sharp Cheddar, grated
2 tbsp. parsley flakes

Drain jar marinated artichoke juice into fry pan. Saute onion and garlic until limp. Drain other jar, discard liquid. Chop artichokes. Mix eggs, artichokes, cheese, crumbs and seasonings. Bake 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until set. Spray pan with Pam.
