ONIONY ONE DISH SUPPER | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 sm. onion or dried onion Salt, pepper to taste 1 can cream of onion soup 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 cube butter 2 tsp. chicken bouillon (instant) Canned or large package thawed frozen and drained corn Fresh or frozen (large package) thawed and drained broccoli 1 c. grated cheese 1 can French Fried onion 1/2 c. milk 6 to 8 med. potatoes Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Brown meat with onion and seasoning, drain any grease. Boil peeled potatoes until soft. Mash with milk, butter, sour cream, bouillon. Mix until creamy. If using fresh or frozen veggies either thaw or steam until barely tender. In 9 x 13 baking dish, form a meat layer. Top 1/2 layer with corn, 1/2 layer with broccoli. Top with potato mixture. Pour soup over potato layer. Sprinkle with cheese and fried onions, then bake uncovered 30 minutes. |
