YUMMY CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 1/2 c. warm water
2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. yeast
1 c. powdered milk
2 tsp. salt
7 1/2 c. flour, divided
2 eggs
1 c. butter, melted

FILLING:

2 c. brown sugar or 1 c. white and 1 c. brown
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
2/3 stick butter

GLAZE:

1/3 stick butter, melted
2 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

In large mixing bowl, mix warm water, sugar and yeast. Let sit until raised and bubbly. Add and blend powdered milk, salt and 4 cups flour. Add eggs and melted butter. Mix well. If you don't have a heavy duty mixer, you will want to mix the next part by hand. Add and mix remaining 3 1/2 cups flour. Let rise until double. Divide dough in half. On floured board, roll half into rectangle about 1/6th inch thick.

To make filling, mix brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Using 1/3 stick butter, spread it on the dough. Sprinkle half the sugar mixture on dough. Roll in jelly roll fashion. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Put on greased cookie sheet or cake pan. Repeat with rest of dough, 1/3 stick butter and last half of filling mixture. Let rise about 1 hour. It will rise faster when warm. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Frost with glaze. To make glaze, stir melted butter, milk, powdered sugar and vanilla. Enjoy!
