CINNAMON ROLLS 
5 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. cooking oil
2 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm water

SUGAR MIXTURE:

2 c. granulated sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon

GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar
Sm. amount milk

Mix glaze first and refrigerate.

Mix yeast with warm water. let set 5 minutes, add oil, then add remaining ingredients. Let rise until double in size. Place 1/2 of dough on lightly floured board. Knead.

Roll dough out thin. A little wider than long. Cover with soft butter; sprinkle with sugar mixture. Turn edge under, roll, pull. Cut 1 inch thick. Place in oiled pan, 1 inch apart. Pat tops with oil. Let rise. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown. Dribble glaze over rolls.
