SCANDINAVIAN CINNAMON ROLLS 
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. soft butter
1 c. lukewarm milk, scalded, then cooled
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
3 egg yolks, beaten

Mix flour, sugar, and salt in large bowl. Cut in butter until mixture looks like meal. Dissolve yeast in water and wait 5 minutes. Add flour along with egg yolks and cooled milk. Mix well. (If desired, add 3/4 cup raisins soaked in hot water and drained). Chill overnight.

After rolled out, sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter. Let rise about 1 hour, bake 20-25 minutes in 350 degree oven.

GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1-2 tbsp. hot water
2 tbsp. soft butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Spread on warm rolls.
