CHOCOLATE SALAD DRESSING CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
3 heaping tbsp. cocoa
1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir all dry ingredients together with a wire whip. Add salad dressing, warm water, and vanilla to dry ingredients; mix well. Pour a little more than half of the batter into a 8 inch round cake pan. Pour the remaining batter into another 8 inch round cake pan (grease and flour pans). Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool - icing - use whip cream icing.
