SALAD DRESSING CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. (heaping) cocoa
1 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip lite works great)
1 c. water
2 tsp. vanilla

Place all ingredients in mixer bowl; beat well. For cupcakes, bake 25-30 minutes. For 9x13 or 2 layers, bake 40 minutes or until done at 350 degrees. Good with or without frosting.
