BEAN AND BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 cans of large lima beans
1 can corned beef
1/2 c. catsup

Crumble corn beef into casserole dish. Mix in undrained beans. Stir in catsup to make a tomato sauce. Add additional catsup, salt and pepper to taste. Heat in microwave until hot. Serve with corn muffins and rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
