BAKED BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bacon
1 lg. can pork and beans
1 can kidney beans
1 sm. can lima beans
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
Salt and pepper
1 can onion rings

Cook bacon and crumble. Mix all ingredients, except onion rings and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Add onion rings on top for last 10 minutes. Must make day before serving.
