1 1/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. cubed sour apples
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix. Bake in a long sheet cake pan at 300 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.

GLAZE:

1 box powdered sugar
Fresh lemon juice to a runny consistency

Pour on cake while hot. Let stand 20 minutes before removing.
