MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES | |
1 c. butter (2 sticks) 1 3/4 c. sifted flour 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped 1/2 c. powdered sugar Heat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla. Sift flour and add gradually. Mix in nuts. Form into balls using a rounded teaspoon of batter. Bake about 15 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while warm. |
