MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES 
5 lbs. flour
3 lbs. Crisco
2 c. sugar
3 sticks cinnamon
3 c. sugar
1/4 c. cinnamon

Cut Crisco into flour with a pastry blender. Add 2 cups sugar and mix. Boil 3 sticks cinnamon in 1 1/2 cups water to make 1 cup liquid. Strain. This should be amber colored. Use cookie shooter to form cookies. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Immediately after removing from the oven, coat in a mixture of 1/4 cup cinnamon and 3 cups sugar.
