MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES 
1 c. butter, butter or Crisco
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour, plain
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter, confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Add flour and nuts gradually. Form into 3/4" balls. Cook at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. While warm roll in confectioners' sugar. After cool, roll in confectioners' sugar again.
