MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES | |
1/2 c. butter 2 tbsp. confectioners sugar 1 c. flour 1 c. pecans, chopped 1 tsp. vanilla Cream together the butter and sugar until light. Add flour, pecans and vanilla. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Place on greased baking sheet and flatten slightly. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes to only a light color. Roll in additional confectioners sugar while warm. Let cool, roll again in confectioners sugar. |
