BRANDY ICE 
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
2/3 c. brandy (not fruit flavored)
3/4 c. green creme de menthe

Allow ice cream to soften somewhat. Add brandy and creme de menthe. A drop or two of green food coloring may be added if desired. Mix thoroughly with a mixer. Do not use a blender.

Pour in two 1 quart containers and store in deep freeze. Remove about 10 minutes before serving. Stir and serve in parfait glasses. Nice to serve with brownies.
