CHICKEN SALAD 
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion
1 c. diced apple with skin (opt.)
4 c. diced chicken or turkey
2 tsp. seasoning salt
Mayonnaise to desired consistency

Mix all ingredients. Serve on toast with lettuce for sandwich or serve on bed of lettuce for salad. Yield: 2 to 3 quarts.
